Stainless steel pipe fittings — tees, elbows and reducers

Pipe Fittings

Butt weld and forged fittings in aluminium, high nickel alloys, cupro-nickel and stainless steel.

Stainless steel pipe fittings — tees, elbows and reducers

Overview

Fittings matched to the line they join

We supply pipe fittings across four material families, so the fitting can be specified to match the pipe and the medium rather than the other way round. The range covers butt weld fittings — elbows, tees, reducers, caps, stub ends and crosses — as well as forged socket weld and threaded fittings.

Sizes, schedules and the applicable standard are confirmed against each enquiry.

Grades & Materials

Materials we supply

Each material family below is offered across the full product range.

Aluminium

Light, corrosion-resistant fittings for marine and structural pipework where weight matters.

  • Aluminium 6061
  • Aluminium 6063
  • Aluminium 5083
  • Aluminium 5086

Standards: ASTM B361, ASME B16.9

High Nickel Alloys

For aggressive media and elevated temperatures, where stainless steel will not hold up.

  • Inconel 600 / 601 / 625
  • Incoloy 800 / 825
  • Monel 400 / K500
  • Hastelloy C-276 / C-22
  • Nickel 200 / 201

Standards: ASTM B366, ASME B16.9

Cupro-Nickel

The standard choice for seawater service — good resistance to biofouling and erosion.

  • Cupro-Nickel 90/10 (C70600)
  • Cupro-Nickel 70/30 (C71500)

Standards: ASTM B466, ASTM B122, MIL-F-1183

Stainless Steel

The general-purpose range, covering austenitic, stabilised and duplex grades.

  • SS 304 / 304L
  • SS 316 / 316L
  • SS 321
  • SS 347
  • Duplex 2205 (S31803)

Standards: ASTM A403, ASME B16.9
